Heel of Humanity Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 28, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Toastworks ("we", "us") handles information in the game Heel of Humanity (package toastworks.HeelofHumanity), including the version distributed on Google Play and the version played in a web browser. By playing the game you agree to the practices described here.

Summary

Information we collect

None. The game does not connect to the internet and we do not run any servers for it, so no information about you or your device is sent to us or to anyone else. We do not ask for your name, email address, contacts, photos, or location.

Data stored on your device

Your save data (resources, boots, units, upgrades, wave progress, statistics, and settings) is stored locally on your device, or in your browser's storage for this site if you play on the web. It never leaves your device. You can delete it at any time by clearing the app's storage in your device settings or uninstalling the game (on the web, by clearing the site's data in your browser).

Permissions

The Android app requests one permission: Vibration, used for optional haptic feedback when you stomp (you can turn it off in the game's Settings). Android grants it automatically, without a prompt. The app does not access your camera, microphone, contacts, files, location, or network.

Third parties

The game contains no advertising, analytics, or tracking software from any third party. If you download the game from Google Play, Google's handling of your Play account and download is governed by the Google Privacy Policy, which is outside our control.

Children

The game does not collect personal information from anyone, including children.

Changes to this policy

If a future version of the game changes how it handles information (for example by adding online features), this page will be updated before that version is released, with a new effective date.
